Advice on Caching Issues

When you visit a Web site for the first time your browser downloads all the various page elements (images, text, stylesheets etc.) to your computer's hard drive. You now have a "local cached copy" of this Web page. When you decide to visit the Web site again your browser first looks in the cache and rather than re-downloading all the page content again, it displays your "local cached copy". This approach speeds up web browsing but can be problematic, especially with certain interactive Web pages that serve up dynamic content.
